Boilers are classified as key equipment in almost all type of industries. Tuning boiler parameters to optimal value not only improves overall efficiency of the boiler but also reduces the emission of CO due to fuel that’s not burnt completely. Excessive carbon emission causes air pollution surrounding the boilers and is the major cause for global warming also known as greenhouse effect.
At Gi, we inspect all sensors, transmitters, actuators, heating coils, tubing, blower & fan motors and also measure heat medium inlet/outlet temperatures, analyze flue gas ratio. With all these data combined with boiler’s spec, we’ll be able to precisely calculate performance loss and the parameters to change/update inorder to restore the design efficiency.
If necessary, we also setup data loggers that measures all parameters for a prolonged period of time with predefined sampling intervals.
